Elle est d'origine taïwanaise, est née à Bangkok, en Thaïlande, et a vécu à Taipei, à Taïwan, pendant près de 4 ans pour étudier le chinois. Elle est étudiante à l'école de démonstration de l'Université Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat sous le patronage royal. Piploy a terminé deuxième de Miss Teen Thailand 2018.
